I made a reservation by mistake and cancelled the same day, so I could make my reservation for the next week. They charged $50 on my credit card because I cancelled the same day of that reservation. When I asked for a refund they put...a copy of their $50 charge if you cancel the same day of the reservation. This is abusive and unethical robbery. Where have you heard that you get $50 charged for cancelling a reservation.
