I regret to say it, but I find Mia’s very inconsistent. Sometimes, it’s phenomenal, but other times it’s only so-so. In my experience, it’s often fabulous when ordered on weekends during off peak hours, but only decent most evenings. I’ve gotten takeaway three times during...the past month. The first time it was so phenomenal that I was inspired to go back the next week. Unfortunately, on that occasion, the food was just barely decent. Had I not eaten there and had a positive experience before, I probably wouldn’t have gone back. I was so disappointed that I was inspired to try my own hand at cooking my favourite indian dishes. Deciding to give it another go (especially because a family member who lives close by had a craving), I had some more last night. It was okay, but nothing spectacular. I would eat at Mia’s again, but I won’t go out of my way to do so. If helpful to note, I always order the same dishes. As such, it’s a little easier to compare the quality from one dining experience to the next.
