Firstly, Big Fish has merged with Open Range, which used to be next door, so now you can have the best of sea and prairie! A birthday meal with just about everything -- including a packed restaurant now Covid restrictions have been lifted. We had...the Walleye with Bison Bacon and Chive mashed tatties, and the Shrimp Asparagus and Truffle cream lasagne. Both were wonderful, washed down with the Zaccagnini Pinot Grigio, a tiny bit sweet and bursting with melon. For dessert the Flourless Hazelnut Torte was excellent, and the Lavender Lemon Tart fabulous. Friendly service and good value; the only slight downside was the heat indoors on the 30C day, only slightly alleviated by fans.
