As a restaurant worker, I don’t make a lot of money; so when I do go out it’s special for me: I save up, dress nice and finally visit this place. The drinks are great, the food is quality but my first time experience was...ruined: some dumb, unprofessional, overzealous waitress who was carrying more than she could handle dumped a whole bunch of food down my back -- globs of mayonnaise, fries and everything else rained from her giant tray, down on my coat, the back of my neck, the back of my clothes. And it seemed they waited for me to clean myself up in the bathroom, so they could apologize to my date (who did not get food dumped on her thank goodness at least) instead of having the courtesy at least to face me and apologize. They’re lucky I had already paid my bill so it really didn’t seem they cared much. Such a shame since an old good acquaintance of mine helped to start that place. Bottom line, there are better places to be than here, unless you don’t mind getting fancy pub food dumped on you when you’re not expecting it. Extremely unlikely to return.
