It is our Family once a month get together ,and also my oldest sisters 78 years birthday .,our family so fussy about going out for dinner , due to our family running number of restaurants around the world , so I choose the ARC located...in Fairmont Hotel ,very upscale relax flour to celling window ,lovely views of Coal Harbour ,,they have a special bottomless tasting small plates ,only $49 per person , from Thu, Fri ,Sat , just like Tapas style , menu very creative ,not over size , lot to choose from ,good selection of wines , happy to say their Covid 19 guidelines excellent , tablets separated by plex glass , great job , restaurant almost half full , when you first order is limit to four dishes ,but you welcome to order as many as you like after , but slow down and enjoy the exquisite fresh quality ingredients , and the cozy atmosphere ,,just amazing tasting plates ,never felt rushed , my personal favourite is the Chicken Liver and the Mussel pasta , over all ,just impressed ,all my sisters and brother love it , not pricy at all ,excellent service ,our wine glass never empty ,,limited hours they open ,so reservations must ! I truly recommended it ! I wish all my girl friends here ,they will love it !More
