Do not order steak unless you want well done.
Do not order steak unless you want well done. My dining partner and I ordered steak frites since we had enjoyed this in the past and it had been prepared as requested. This time there was obviously a cook in-training who did not know how...to do a rare or medium steak. Replacements steaks were still overdone.
