We ordered rib eye steak and Australian lamb chops both in medium rare. The surface of the meats were all burnt. The server told us that it should have the charcoal flavour which is true but not to an extent where it was in edible condition. Please clean your grills accordingly to your food safety plan to avoid having your delicious meats in burnt condition.
