The service was horrible and COVID-19 is not an excuse. No staff were wearing a mask inside/outside the restaurant, patron also walking around with no mask on the premises. They could not even be bothered to provide a copy of the menu for 2 people...in our group who have great difficulty walking. Price is abusive and as an insult they force the TIP in the price of the food with the excuse "people would not tip so we decided to include it in the price". Seriously a TIP is for good service etc. Table would not be cleared either as we had to do it ourselves like in a cafeteria and there was serious issue with Wasps with no effort to address the issue. The only positive point was the amazing company (my friends) but I will never ever go back to this restaurant and they should be close down for not following COVID protocole. Worst restaurant I've been in Ottawa and I am a local which will make sure to tell as many people I can.
