We didn't actually end up staying. Got there to find an absolutely jammed waiting area. Despite making our reservation a week and a half in advance, there was no way we would have been seated anytime around 6:30pm. It seems everyone else also had reservations for 6:15 or 6:30. And people just kept coming in the door until there was literally nowhere to stand. Something obviously went wrong in their booking plans, and not one person spoke to us or came out to explain anything or even to apologize, which is pretty poor customer service. And...it's a little hard to find an alternative at 7pm on Valentine's Day.
