This is inspired cooking. I almost hesitate to write this because I don't want everyone else to find out about this gem. They do different specials every day and you can find out about them on their Instagram page. I don't work or live nearby...so it is a true treat when I get to go there. Their foccacia is incredible and their ice cream is also really special. I tried the goat cheese lemon one recently and it was like the richest most fresh cheesecake you could dream of. My only annoyance is that sometimes they sell out and one time I went and they still had some left but they were saving it for a regular. For someone who drives at times from far away to have some Pazzo, the favouritism is a bit of a thorn in my side. At least don't make it obvious! Anyway I still highly recommend that people check it out.
