Went for quite dinner. Although restaurant was half empty on Monday night, I was seated between two family parties with screaming kids. Ordered drink and seafood fettuccine alfredo. Waitress brought the drink but food didn't arrive even after 30 minutes. Finally, after 40 (forty) minutes,...when I was about to leave, some person, not my waitress, brought the food. Didn't like it. Then the waitress finally appeared and asked if I want desert or coffee. Told her that I don't want to wait another 40 minutes, especially in such noisy environment, want to leave and asked her to bring a bill. She responded: "It is a family restaurant". Thanks for informing. At least now I know that at The Old Spaghetti Factory single customers are 3rd class customers and are ignored. First time in my life did not leave a tip. Conclusion: well below average food and poor service.
