Took my kids here for dinner after a day at the beach. The space is quite small, but it wasn't busy. Service was personal and friendly. Plenty of street parking available if you're willing to walk a block or two. I wanted to go here...because it's a casual spot, but a step up from the regular kid-freindly chain restaurant/diner. We ordered: - the Nori Chips - my kids devoured it, they loved it - the Chicken Kaarage - again, my kids loved it and finished it easily. The one bite i had was nice. Chicken was very tender. - Oyster Motoyaki Roll - sounded better that it was. It was OK, but there was too much mayo, so it really covered up the texture and taste of the rest of the roll. - M Classic - I know their main thing is waffles, but personally, I find them a bit thick and tough. I prefer light waffles, but I suppose a light waffle wouldn't be able hold anything if used to make a burger or sandwich. Nothing special about the eggs. The bacon was fried to a crisp, so it was more like eating a chip. Overall, a mix of good and OK. I'd order the Nori Chips and Chicken Kaarage again for my kids, but I wouldn't order the Oyster Motoyaki Roll or M Classic for myself.
