Stopped by Sage for lunch after visiting the anthropology museum across the street. It is on the UBC campus formerly the Faculty dining room. Lunch only 11:30-3pm. Food is local and organic, almost every item was gluten free. Lamb chops and duck breast were very...tasty. Lavender creme brulee a little too intense. The other special dessert of the day Warm brownie with hazelnut truffle center, vanilla gelato and Carmel sauce was over the top! 121 before tip for 4 meals, 1 coffee and 2 deserts (photos attached). Windows overlook the tree lined shore out to the straits. Nice option for post MOA visit.
