We just arrived into Calgary. For dinner we decided to visit Boston Pizza near our hotel. I am trying to eat “better” lately, so chose their ‘New” Bowl entree. I chose the Salmon Power Bowl. There are 3 choices: Chicken, Salmon or a veggie type...burger. The Bowl is a veggie entree with warm quinoa on the bottom topped with several veggies, including beets, carrots, cucumbers (all 3 cold), as well as grape tomatoes halved and spinach served wam. There is a green mayo type dressing over the spinach, which was delightful on the grilled salmon!! I loved this dish and believe if you are a healthy eater, you will too!! My hubby had the honey garlic ribs with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal veggies. He was ordering a 1/2 order; however, the waiter stated that tonight the full size was the same price as a 1/2 order!! So yes! We ordered the full; thus, I got to have a couple ribs, as well. Both meals were excellent! The hostess and server were attentive and helpful. It was very customer busy; yet, we were served happily. We enjoyed our visit to this Boston Pizza and would enjoy going again!!!More
