We stopped in for lunch one day after walking by it several times on my way downtown. Yes it is a little obscured, tucked around the corner on Government at Bay. The sign said "The best Butter Chicken in town" and I absolutely believe that....We both had the Butter Chicken and yes it was a bit spicy for my delicate taste buds, however the lovely owner (I didn't catch her name) brought me a side yogurt and with that along with the cucumber water, I became accustomed to the level of spice and very much enjoyed it. I could taste that it was a family recipe made from scratch, very authentic. The naan was also delicious and the from scratch chai was FANTASTIC!!! A lovely lunch at a very reasonable price. Will absolutely be back to this wonderful family run restaurant. I so much would rather dine at a locally owned and run restaurant with fresh ingredients and love cooked into their food than a franchise that uses canned and packaged ingredients. Do yourself a favour and eat here!!More
