I went here with my sister on Wednesday (July 22nd) and we had sudden urge of spicy Chinese food. This place was it! There was only 1 staff working as a server and one cook at the kitchen. We prepaid for the order including tips...and the staff never brought us water. We shared Big Plate Chicken ($23.95) without cups of water on the table. The server was greedy and pushy bringing bottled water to charge us $2. It's so common the waiter/waitress brings water when we first arrive in the restaurant. No need to buy water unless the water was unsafe. We complained about being charged for the water and the owner let us drink bottled water. Anyways, Big Plate Chicken was good. Spicy level wasn't too strong. Noodles were cold, but it had flavours when dipped in the chicken sauce. BPC had plentiful of chicken and some veggies. We could've got more noodles for 2 of us. Our food came in takeout containers and it wasn't environmentally friendly. So much of a waste and even our bowls (to share) were plastic bowls as well. Good food for the price. Staff's attitude threw me off. **Prepaying for food and tips were ridiculous. Water isn't free. Lack of service aside from getting our food. **More
