I came to West Oak on Jan 16th with my bestfriend and had a really bad experience. I have been to West Oak many times and have never been so disappointed. Upon meeting our server, he was very rude and standoff-ish. He gave our menus...and never came to ask us if we were ready to order. We had to call him to our table to get his attention and while he was taking our order, he got distracted and started talking to another server and walked away... we were so shocked because we were still ordering our food. He came back after a few minutes and we finally got to finish ordering our food. We ordered drinks and he AGAIN started conversating with another server before we were finished. During our meal, he never came to ask us if we needed anything. When we were paying our bill, my friend paid first and then he handed me the machine and walked away.... I have never had such a horrible experience. He started talking to another group and we just paid and left. I wasn’t going to say anything but after talking to a few people, they told me they had experienced the same thing with that server.
