I love Denny’s which is why we chose to come here, but this locations was so bad. My friends and I ordered food there and made a few su subs to our meals and the waitress seemed fine with it. The majority of our food...was cold, I had to ask for cutlery because it wasn’t given. I asked for poached eggs and they brought sunny side up, my friends waffle was cold to the point where he couldn’t spread butter onto it. My boyfriend asked for veggies instead of hashbrowns and they brought both which seems like a waste since he said he didn’t want it. His sandwich came with swiss when he didn’t ask for it and the eggs were also not scrambled. When I complained the waitress said sorry and that she would bring new eggs and that was it. The attention was really bad, and we had to finally ask her to come to our table so we could pay and leave. Seriously one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If the waitress wasn’t ok with what we asked for then she could’ve said that the kitchen wasn’t able to do that for us. Not just say yes and then just ignore. I even questions if she wrote any of it down.
