This restaurant was recommended to us by the Parq Marriott where we stayed for @ a week. Reservations are not accepted so it is first come first serve. A line had already formed when we got there a bit after 6 pm. We waited just...under an hour but it was worth the wait. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The ordering was easy - choose the broth and the various options for the noodles, thin or thick, soft or firm, etc. The noodles tasted fresh, made on-site? I ordered the vegan broth which was very tasty and less salty in comparison to many ramen broths. I added more tofu so increased the protein content! It was delicious!More
