When I first saw that this restaurant was opening right along my route (between UVic and my apartment) and was intrigued. So I went once when it first opened and wasn't impressed... so I came back after 4 months or so because I thought they...might have just had the problems that normally crop up when you open a business. (I've owned/managed several businesses, I know of which I speak.) Unfortunately, my opinion didn't change. It was an emphatic 'Eh.' Having said that, there is NOTHING that is 'wrong' with the food. It looks wonderful and is super-healthy, and I couldn't wait to dig in. But I found it to be very high in alfalfa but low on taste/flavour/staying power. Caveat: I haven't been to a Lot of Poke places, but I have been to a few repeatedly over the years. (I like eating healthy)More
