We are from Houston and were visiting Vancouver (staying at the Metropolitan) when we decided to explore the area for our breakfast. We showed up about the time they opened and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I had the Eggs Benedict (Pacific) which was salmon and...hollandaise over English muffins and potato wedges. The salmon was excellent (it should be since we are so close to the source) but the hollandaise was hand made with creamy smoothness and no separation of the sauce. The flavor was better than expected and best of all, the owner came to our table to visit. Since our group we travel with happen to be social animals, the time spent was enjoyable and relaxing. One interesting thing I noticed was although the restaurant was located as part of the building lobby, the atmosphere was still cozy and inviting. Tip of the hat to the owner and her daughter.
