Quiet, nice instrumental music playing.
Quiet, nice instrumental music playing. Nice ambiance. Server was very nice. Didn't mind that I was studying. Food was served quickly from time ordered. Salad rolls had a fair amount of rice vermicelli them, and temperature was uneven (warm and cold). Had a vermicelli bowl...which was quite good comparatively. Prices are about average for Pho places.
