We attended a show at the Factory Theatre and decided to try Vietnamese food after the show. When we arrived, the woman at the counter asked us to make our selections before we sat down. We were unfamiliar with the choices, and it soon became...clear that this is a place for regulars or people who know what they like. We had to guess and ended up ordering more than we needed for the two of us to share. The tables and chairs are not comfortable. Our food was brought to us but we had to ask for ice and more water. The food was bland, even for someone who does not like food too spicy. It was difficult to manage all the courses at once. This place was not for us, but maybe okay for people who know what to expect.
