Re-Up BBQ began as one of the first food carts in Vancouver a couple of years ago. It still operates its cart at Hornby and Georgia in the forecourt of the Vancouver Art Gallery, but also has a bricks and mortar cafe/deli in the River...Market in New Westminster that opened in May 2012. This site offers many more menu items than their signature pulled pork sandwiches, all of which contain organic and locally sourced ingredients. Next door is their Fathom Seafood cafe with delectable Oyster Po'boys as the signature dish. Both serve home-made sodas - great on a hot day. Outside is a patio overlooking the Fraser River and a long boardwalk to walk off your meal... Magic!More
