I think you can judge a Chinese restaurant by the quality off the eggrolls. Had several people tell me the food here was great. Tried both types of eggrolls. They were average. Didn't seem homemade. Had better elsewhere in Ottawa. Will give the General Tao...or a beef dish a try next time. Wass busy, so that should have been a good sign.
