I had two of their specialty sushi rolls - the tuna and veggies were delicious, crunchy and everything was very fresh. The chef took his time to prepare the rolls perfectly (they looked like a complex combo of ingredients). The wait staff were very helpful...answering my questions and took time to describe the details of some of the various dishes on the menu. The big soup dish that one of the other patrons next to me was eating look fab and I think I'm going to try it on my next visit. (She had just returned from Japan and was apparently looking for something authentic to eat.) Y93 Sushi Crave is not a big restaurant - it has the feel of a small, neighborhood cafe, family run, with regularly-updated menu boards outlining their specialty drinks and food items. It looks like they also have some nice bubble teas and special green teas from Japan. I recommend it if you want to try something a bit different, excellent quality, and prepared with love. Price was moderate but very filling and tasty. Lots of parking in the plaza just off of MacLeod Trail SE and they also do take-out. Enjoy!More
