We were excited for a night out to celebrate my brothers 20th birthday. We had a reservation and proceeded to be sat at a table that appeared outside the restaurant. Our waitress was very inattentive, failed to greet us for 5-10 minutes and took 20 minutes for our first round of drinks to hit the table. We even had to ask the host to get our server during our dine in experiance as she hadn’t been at our table for so long and we wanted to order some things before last call.
