Hello, I had arranged a business luncheon for about 20 people. The room was great, and the server was great too. The only problem, was that there was only one server to serve our table despite a reservation of 20 attendees. He did the best he could, but we didn't get a chance to order our food for 30 minutes, and when we did, it didn't come out at once. Some people received their food 15 minutes before others. Some people decided to be polite and wait for everyone else to receive their food, and so their food went cold before they could eat it. Anyways, our lunch went 1 hour late due to this. Overall, it would have been much better if the server had an additional person to support him. Other than that, he did the best he could and was very polite and courteous. Thanks
