If you ever went to Muckish count yourself lucky, it was one of the unsung gems of Toronto. Unfortunately, Muckish closed it's doors permanently a few months ago and left a void in the community. A new owner stepped up, did some renovations, greatly expanded...the menu and (some would say most importantly) hired back some of the bartenders that help make Muckish the special place that it was. It didn't take long for most of the previous crowd to find their way back, and McCroskey's is well on it's way to making it's own reputation which will be legendary in and of itself. Friendly people, amazing staff and now a large and accommodating menu. If you are in the area you would be doing yourself a disservice by not paying a visit to this Cheers-type pub.
