It’s been a few months since my wife mentioned about Aleph but we never had the chance to go. Yesterday we decide to make a try and I could say that it was by far the best middle eastern restaurant that I have ever been...in Canada (sorry about that East is East). We went for the Silk Road, which is a combination of their most famous dips served with saj (order an extra one) with chimichuri (the delicate mixture of olive oil and honey on top that takes it to the next level). Then we ordered the Crispy Potatoes (unbelievably crispy and tasty) and the Halloumi Wrap (which was way too much but we did want to try as much as possible). Don’t think twice when you crave a good middle eastern cuisine, head out to Aleph and you won’t be disappointed.
