Who says a food truck only serves quickly made food? You can tell by the taste of Re-Up BBQ that their meat is slowed cooked. It's tender, moist, flavourful and oh so delicious. Just the smell of the food truck is incredible. I had the...pulled pork sandwich and it was delicious. Much better than the BBQ I had tried at Peckinpah (Gastown). The meat was fresh and so was the bun. I can't think how they could possibly improve their food while remaining in a food truck. If you like BBQ then definitely give it a shot. The man working the truck was extremely friendly while making the food. The customer service was great!More
