I have worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years and having recently switched to a meat and dairy free diet, my Mrs. and I thought we would give The Coup a chance. I honestly had no idea what I was getting in to as I'd never been out for a vegan meal before but wow was I surprised. The food was flavorful and filling, and the drinks were cold and delicious. Small but upscale wine selection, good range of cocktails, and a really solid bartender. Did I mention the food? It was phenomenal. We couldn't stop ordering dishes to try different things, it was incredible. I even took some gyoza home with me, it was that good. We will definitely be back soon, there's still more deliciousness to feast on! I don't recall the name of our server but she was fantastic and very knowledgeable! Please give her our thanks.
