Over the years a once lovely spot deteriorates with a staff focussed on each other and once good, strong coffee diluted for profit. It is disappointing. A lovely interior, better patio. But today's episode provokes action where the unsmiling server interrupts her conversation with a...fellow staffer, takes my order grudgingly, punches in the price, stops and asks me seconds later what my order was, then provides the so-so coffee. (Once very good, but now watery). I do not like writing poor reviews as all these people work for the minimum. Turns out they also work for indifferent owners too, more interested in cost savings. (First hand knowledge given by former staffers and managers - sadly, all in the past) I will not return, even though I live i then area, as options in area are less than the steller. I cannot support service that hosts me as an interruption. (A repeated experience)More
