Meet local farmers & restaurateurs, see cooking demonstrations by chefs & local youth, sample and buy savory foods, and learn about the benefits of buying local!

Admission $5 per family; $2 per adult

Your Food - Your Community: Learn and share what a Food Charter can do for Waterloo Region. 5:10 – 5:40 p.m. Food System Round Table

Local Youth Recipe Challenge: Watch Chef Ryan recreate the recipe with the talented winners and sample the tasty results.

5:50 - 6:20 p.m. Chef Ryan, Flow Catering

Food Waste: Reduce, then Recycle: Discover the scope of food waste and what you can do about it.

6:30 –7:00 p.m. Dr Ralph C. Martin

Kids in the Kitchen: Find age appropriate ways to involve kids in the kitchen helping to prepare meals, including healthy lunches.
