The Event and Format

Iron Chef Uptown returns this spring at Nick and Nat's Uptown 21 (21 King St. North in Uptown Waterloo)  Watch as some of the region's top chefs battle it out for bragging rights. Chefs have one hour to plan and prepare a three-course meal with will be judged by a celebrity panel.

This season we are presenting an exciting twist.  Each individual competition will feature a locally  grown food item as a theme for the meal.  Most nights a local farmer will be on hand to bring the food item, talk about it and act as one of the judges.  What an awesome way to learn a  bit more about food!

Join us Wednesday evenings starting at 9:30pm.  Admission is $5 and proceeds go directly to the Food Bank of Waterloo Region..

Iron Chef Uptown Spring Series kicks off Wednesday, May 2 and continues till June 13.
