The nostalgia of capturing the summer and saving it for a cold winter's day has returned, but with even more innovation and heirloom vegetable varieties than ever before.

Join us the 2nd Thursday of each month until September to preserve the best of produce for that month. Both sweet and savoury preservation such as pickling, salsa making, chutneys and jams will be made, resulting in 3 different types of preserves.

Expect to take home about 6 jars of your preserves plus recipes. Each class is $75, or all 4 (June 14th, July 12th, August 9th and September 13th) is $250. Please call us to register for all 4.

 6:00 to 9:00 pm

Price: C $75.00
